Fleeces!

Thank goodness John wanted to take a few 2013 fleeces to the art school to show his fellow weavers–it motivated us to lay each fleece out on our wire “skirting table” and carefully remove all vegetation, dirty bits, and less desirable parts [the belly, for example].  Though in theory all wool can be cleaned and spun, it is essential to provide a “clean” fleece for the hand-spinner.

So here is one fleece, spread out on the table.  John is wondering, “where do I start?”
